vacation to Oregon

On a few days off a couple of us took a little side trip to Hardy Falls, Oregon where I got a few pictures of the falls and a few images of some scenery along the way including a sign for "sharp turn ahead".

Question Answer

Neither this is a trick question, US currency is printed on cloth fabric and trains pass through Grand Central Terminal not Grand Central Station, which is a post office.

Next Question:
What element composes the largest percentage of matter in the universe, according to scientists?

Foot Prints

One night a man had a dream. He dreamed he was walking along the beach with the Lord. Across the sky flashed scenes from his life. For each scene, he noticed two sets of footprints in the sand; one belonged to him and the other to the Lord.

When the last scene of his life flashed before him, he looked back at the footprints in the sand. He noticed that many times along the path of his life there was only one set of footprints. He also noticed that it happened at the very lowest and saddest times in his life.

This really bothered him and he questioned the Lord about it. "Lord, you said that once I decided to follow you, you'd walk with me all the way. But I have noticed that during the most troublesome times in my life, there is only one set of footprints. I don't understand why when I needed you most you would leave me."

The Lord replied, "My precious, precious child, I love you and would never leave you. During your times of trial and suffering, when you see only one set of footprints, it was then that I carried you."

Seattle

Just recently flew in to ft. Lewis at the SeaTac (or Seattle/Tacoma) airport, here's a little of what I've seen including beautiful landscapes. Been to a few restaurants including one called The Crab Pot where you can order a meal for two of various fish and shellfish. They will take a large bowl of the cooked food and pour it on the table give you a mallet to crack the shells and have at it.

Lutefisk

A little lutefisk side trip with the masters of cuisine, a few old scandiavians. My Grandpa makes the headlines as a few swedes make an annual migration in search of the white gold. And to mention Grandpa is the one in the green jacket, red hat, and sparkling personality.

Joke of the Day

Joke
"Just yesterday was the worst plane accident in the history of MN" stated Sven and Ole. "A Cessna plane crashed into a lutheran cemetary, so far 827 bodies have been recovered and that number is expected to climb."
(hint: for those of you not familiar with cessnas they are two-seater airplanes)

Question: What weighs more the amount of paper used to make American currency in a year or the number of trains which pass through Grand Central Station in a single year?
(Answer will be posted later)
